Arts & Health Program Proposal

November is Arts and Health Month. Please use this form to enter programs and events that your Mercer County organization, educational institution or non-profit will be hosting to highlight the importance of the arts as they relate to aspects of health and well-being.

Arts and health related events from other times of the year are also welcome and encouraged.

Please create a separate entry for each event or series of events you are planning. Upload an image for the calendar listing that represents your event. The steering committee will review each entry to ensure that the event(s) or programs align with the goals and desired outcomes.
